- Bring 1 cup (240mL) water to boil.
- Add 3 tea bags to the boiling water and turn to medium heat to boil for 3 minutes (without a lid).
- Turn off the heat. Put lid on and remove pot from stove. Wait for 3 minutes.
- Reheat to boil again and pour to a cup with 3 tablespoon (45mL) evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon (15mL) condensed milk (or appropriate amount of sugar).
- Ready to serve. CAUTION: HOT!
